Which input should I use with a Qlearsoul turntable? +
Use a LINE-level input when the turntable output is set to LINE. Use a PHONO input only when the turntable output is set to PHONO or when using an external phono stage.

What should I check if one channel is quiet? +
Swap left and right signal cables to identify whether the issue follows the source, cable, or amplifier channel.
Channel check steps
- Power down before changing cables.
- Inspect RCA plugs and speaker terminals.

Can I pair this with passive or active speakers? +
Amplifiers are designed for passive speakers. Active speakers usually connect from a line-level source or preamp path. If your setup includes both, contact support before connecting.
