Customers located in the European Union may contact us electronically at support@qlearsoul.com regarding the exercise of their consumer rights, including order cancellations and withdrawal requests.
For orders placed by customers in the European Union, cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour after the order is placed. After this period, orders may already be in processing with our fulfillment partners and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is made more than 1 hour and within 12 hours after placing the order, customers are advised to contact support@qlearsoul.com as soon as possible to check whether cancellation is still feasible. After 12 hours, the order is generally considered fully processed and can no longer be cancelled.
