Product FAQ

Product-specific questions

The turntable cannot power on. What should I check first? +

Confirm the product is installed correctly and that the power or function knob is in the correct operating position. If the unit powered off after inactivity, switch it back to OFF, then return to the playback or Bluetooth mode.

Information to send support
  • Where you purchased the product.
  • Order number.
  • Item name, such as ONE-Q, ONE-S, SoulBox S1, or HiFire X.
  • Photos or videos that show the issue.

For functional issues, Qlearsoul asks customers to provide video evidence when possible. You can send it through email support.

The platter does not spin, but Bluetooth works. What should I check? +

Recheck the installation and confirm the product is not in Bluetooth mode. On supported models, a blue indicator means Bluetooth mode and a red indicator means Phono mode.

Platter and belt checklist
  • Confirm the belt is placed on the platter correctly.
  • Confirm the belt is placed on the brass-colored motor pulley.
  • Replace the belt if it is stretched or damaged.
  • For ONE-S, unplug AUX-IN before using PHONO or Bluetooth, because AUX-IN has first priority.

The record sounds too fast, too slow, or rotates irregularly. What should I check? +

Select the correct speed for the record being played: 33 1/3 or 45 RPM. If playback speed slows down or rotation is irregular, check whether the belt is stretched or incorrectly installed.

Refer to the Quick Start Guide for model-specific belt setup videos.

There is noise or the sound quality is not very good. What can I do? +

If Bluetooth mode works normally but record playback sounds noisy, check for dust on the stylus tip or dirt on the record. Clean the stylus by moving the brush from rear to front, and clean the record with a record-specific cleaning tool.
