ONE-Q Troubleshooting

  • Was it installed correctly?
    - Please refer again to the Quick Start Guide video to make sure it was installed properly (you can find the full written instructions in the YouTube description).

  • Is the knob on the front of the turntable set to 33 / 45/ Bluetooth?
    - Please make sure the knob on the front of the turntable is set to 33 / 45/ Bluetooth.
    - If the turntable doesn’t power on after the 20-minute auto shut-off, try switching it to 'OFF' and then back to 33 / 45 / Bluetooth.

  • Is the AC adapter connected to the outlet?
    - Connect the AC adapter to the outlet.
    - Try unplugging and reconnecting the adapter and the DC IN 12V power cable at the back of the turntable.
    - Try using a different power outlet.

  • What's the status of the indicator light?
    - The indicator light is blue. That means the turntable is in Bluetooth mode. Please switch the function knob to Phono (33/45) mode.
    - The red indicator light will indicate Phono mode.

  • Has the belt slipped from the platter?
    - Correctly place the belt on the platter.

  • Is the belt placed on the motor pulley?
    - Check that the belt is placed on the motor pulley (brass-colored) correctly.

  • Has the belt been damaged?
    - Replace it with a new belt.

  • Is the AUX-IN cable pluged in?
    - AUX-IN function is a first-priority function. Please unplug the AUX-IN cable before using the PHONO/BT functions.

  • Is Bluetooth mode working normally?
  1. If Bluetooth mode is normal, is there dust on the cartridge’s stylus tip? Or is there something on the record (dust, hair, or groove residue from the stylus contacting the record)?
    - If dust is stuck to the stylus tip, clean it with a commercially sold brush.
    P.S.: Please clean the stylus tip by moving the brush from the rear to the front of the stylus tip.
    - Try cleaning the record with a record-specific cleaning tool.
    P.S.: If a lot of residue is produced when the stylus contacts the record, you can slightly reduce the tracking force. (Recommended Tracking Force: 3.5±0.5g)
    - Please refer again to the Quick Start Guide video to make sure it was installed properly (you can find the full written instructions in the YouTube description). Make sure no foreign objects entered during the platter installation.
    - Try increasing the distance between the turntable to the surrounding walls (obstacles). Usually, a spacing of more than 30 cm provides better soundstage performance.

    - Try increasing the distance between the two speakers and the turntable, as well as the overall distance from the speakers + turntable to the surrounding walls (obstacles). Usually, a spacing of more than 30 cm provides better soundstage performance.

There is noise / the sound quality is not very good when the record is playing.

It's suggested to replace the stylus after 400 hours of use.


Removing the Stylus

  • In addition to the deterioration of sound quality, records may also be damaged as the cartridge's stylus tip wears down.
  • Be sure to disconnect the product's AC adapter from the outlet.
  • To replace the stylus, firmly hold the headshell and cartridge, and gently move the stylus forward and downward.

Installing a New Replacement Stylus

  1. Mount the new replacement stylus to the cartridge.
  2. Lift the stylus up until you hear a click.
  3. Make sure there is no gap between the headshell and the cartridge.

  1. If Bluetooth mode is normal, is there dust on the cartridge’s stylus tip? Or is there something on the record (dust, hair, or groove residue from the stylus contacting the record)?
    - If dust is stuck to the stylus tip, clean it with a commercially sold brush.

    - Please rotate the counterweight inward to the preset position (you will be able to feel it).
